Since its inception in 2004, Beijing CBD based FROGMAN ART Gallery has been at the forefront of the contemporary art scene, presenting well-known artists from European and North America to the Chinese collectors. The Frogman Art Gallery’s programming showcases artists working in a variety of media including painting, drawing, sculpture, and photography. As the first gallery specialized in bronze sculpture in mainland China, we have remained committed as ever to being a positive presence for fine art and artists, providing a platform for the Chinese curators, collectors and critics to exchange and appreciate great contemporary art works including bronze sculpture, images metaphysical, metaphorical realism, contemporary paintings.
Over the past decade, the gallery has showcased established, mid-career and emerging practitioners in the interconnected mediums of contemporary art, design, sculpture and other collectibles. Frogman Art Gallery has been active on the top art shows in China, where it has attracted the attention of national curators, collectors and critics.We are proud of our constantly evolving roster to work with you to appreciate the endless artistic fascination.
At FROGMAN ART, we believe in giving back to our communities. We believe in that education of youth is the backbone of the nation. The people who are counted as youth today will serve our nation tomorrow. Based on this belief, we have worked with Xin Hua Compassion Education Foundation to help students from poverty families to get education opportunity. Especially, we work on the Pearl Retrieval Program. The Pearl Retrieval Program aims to provide education opportunities for youth who come from poverty families. Our efforts in helping these young people will continue with our business.
画廊经理
岗位职责：
1、负责画廊（艺术品店）各项运营管理工作，运营管理水平的提升；
2、负责画廊（艺术品店）拓展、员工招聘、培训、新店销售工作；
3、完成画廊制定的销售及利润指标的达成；
4、展览策划及执行；
5、藏家售后维护；
基本要求：
1、大学专科以上学历，年龄30岁以上。
2、艺术类、设计类、文化类相关专业毕业；
3、人品正直，良好的形象气质，积极乐观，善于学习，举止大方，语言表达能力强；
4、具有良好的沟通能力，以及良好的销售技巧与服务意识，有责任心，踏实肯干；
5、五年以上画廊或者艺术品销售经验，熟悉艺术品市场，具有销售及市场开拓的实战经验和能力；
6、热爱艺术，有艺术鉴赏力，愿意接受挑战，能承受较大的工作压力；
7、管理团队协调能力，执行能力，注重工作效率和结果。

画廊销售（女）
任职要求：
1、大学专科以上学历，流利英语会话；
2、人品正直，形象气质良好，积极乐观，善于学习，举止大方，语言表达能力强；
3、艺术、美术、营销、设计类相关专业毕业；
4、热爱艺术事业，有画廊，艺术相关工作经验，有一定的艺术鉴赏力，有志于从事艺术事业；
5、性格活泼开朗，具有良好的服务意识，出色的沟通及表达能力，独立自主工作的能力；
6、诚信可靠，做事严谨，注重效率和结果，有耐心和亲和力，具有良好的团队合作精神；
岗位职责:
1、协助画廊进行作品的销售及推广，客户来访登记，日常推广及接待工作；
2、完成画廊制定的销售任务；
3、画廊代理合作艺术家的创作背景及作品解读，满意解答客户疑问；
4、协助画廊做好展前展后等相关工作；
5、展后信息资料整理，进行客户回访，维护画廊与客人的信誉；
6、了解藏家需求并为藏家提供收藏建议；
7、定期更新维护画廊官方网站、微博等，发布展览信息；
8、协助画廊做好媒体杂志宣传。
