Artist Julio Sanchez De Alba was born in Bolivia and immigrated to the United States in 1980. After working as a mechanical engineer for 15 years, he began to create sculptures and artworks in 2000, and started his career as a professional artist. Julio sanchez alba’s works are currently on display in prestigious art galleries and museums around the world and are popular among the audience, such as galleries in New York City and in Reno, Nevada, El Paso Museum of International Art in Texas, Leland sculpture park and the wildlife museum in California, and San Bernardino International Hunting Club in Colorado.

The artist’s themes are drawn from creatures in nature, and the inspiration for his creation originally comes from his childhood experience — growing up in Bolivia, he loved Tarzan movies when he was 5 or 6 years old, and the elephant Tandon was Tarzan’s best friend. Therefore, elephants, rhinos, giraffes, hummingbirds, insects and so on are common prototypes in his works. In addition, Julio is fascinated by the creation of human beings, and deeply admires the complex and delicate beauty of human beings. The artist has great respect and gratitude for every creative subject. He thinks that nature has created countless perfect artistic landscapes, and the complex and subtle beauty of nature intoxicates him and brings infinite aura to life.
